The Challenge

Towards mid-2021, David Ward Projects had just undergone a rebrand and was ready to start delivering fresh new renovation projects in the Noosa & Sunshine Coast region.

After they had faced initial headaches with a previous marketing agency, we were approached and felt committed to helping David Ward Projects create an outstanding digital presence.

The challenge in front of us was to help them land new clients and projects in the competitive Noosa area, which meant standing out online through a high-performing website and engaging ads.

It was time to kick-start some fresh new growth, and help them convert the right types of clients.

1. Setup a High-Converting Website 

With no initial digital presence, our first goal was to setup an initial website. One that added credibility and authority to David Ward Projects in the local region, and made it easy for new clients to contact their team directly.

2. Target & Connect With Their Dream Clients

Next, we determined which types of clients and projects would be the best to work with, and put a focus on creating messaging that aligned with those groups of people.

3. Generate a Stream of New, Qualified Leads 

Finally, our focus would be on running and measuring ads the could generate a steady stream of traffic and bring in new business in a fast timeframe.

We worked backwards from the Key Objectives that had been set, and determined which digital marketing strategies would best help David Ward Projects reach their goals.
